Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

•Your order was incorrect, missing items, or contained damaged goods.

•You received the wrong item(s) from what was ordered.

•Your order did not arrive due to an issue on our end.

Refunds are not applicable for:

•Change of mind after purchase.

•Orders where personal preference (e.g., taste, portion size) is the only issue.

•Delayed delivery caused by external services (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo).

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Provide:

• Your Order Number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the item (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Returns Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food and drink items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins.

• If your order has already been prepared, a refund will not be possible.

Issues with Delivery Services

If you ordered through Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo, any delivery-related complaints (late arrival, missing items, or incorrect delivery) must be handled through their customer support.
